This questionnaire will be sent to you at least once, if not multiple times, leading up to your wedding day. It can help get you thinking about what you may or may not want on your wedding day, and things may change!

Every detail that you provide will help make your day perfectly unique - so tell me everything!

For your "getting ready" section, do you want any photos with your bridesmaids/wedding party before you get in your dress? *

What are your wedding colors?

Do you plan on doing a first look?

If so, do you know where would like that to happen?

Do you have any spots in mind where you would like to do wedding party and couples photos?

List all people standing by you in the ceremony (and their relation to you)

List all people standing by your partner in the ceremony (and their relation to you/your partner)

List all Family/Friend groupings you want photographed. Abbreviate: Bride (b), Groom (G), Myself (M) and Partner (P)

Do you have any “must-have” photographs?

Are there any specific rules to be aware of for your ceremony?

Are you doing a formal exit from the reception? If so, what type?
